Our story Jersey’s Tomato Pies

In the summer of 2018, the two brothers-in-law, Abel Crisostomo and Rene Posadas decided that it was time to start a new chapter on their lives. They were wishing for a better future and more adventures doing what they feel more passionate about… Food Service.

After many years of experience from both sides and looking for the right place Abel found the right location in the heart of Holland Pennsylvania. Taking over from the previous owners, they decided to keep the same name because the original Tomato Pie was worth trying. Since then it has been one of the house signature dish along with their best pie, The Brooklyn Pizza.
